While the Member Action Center (MAC) was created to quickly address and resolve member issues, you can also find the same services offered at our Los Angeles office.
Simply stop by the Los Angeles office (located at 2910 Beverly Blvd, LA CA) and speak with the receptionist. They’ll then put you in contact with someone who can best assist you.
Walk-in services at the Los Angeles office include:
- Resolving late checks
- Answering questions about your health benefits
- Working with Social Services
- Contacting your client’s Social Worker
- Solving Timesheet issues
- Providing information on the Homecare Exchange
