The Member Action Center (MAC) is a free telephone hotline staffed by knowledgeable support specialists who can answer member questions about any union-related issue.
The MAC will answer your questions — big or small: your contract, your job, your benefits and more.
The MAC is open from 7am – 7pm, Monday – Friday.
