When you’ve got an issue with a time sheet, a check, or authorized hours, your first call should be to your local In-home Supportive Services office.
Your local IHSS Office can help you with issues like:
- You need additional time sheets
- You didn’t get your check
- Problems with the amount of your check
- Confirm the hours of care that your consumer gets
- Getting you the paperwork that must be filled out for a new consumer
You are also required to contact your local IHSS Office to let them know if:
- You are no longer working with a consumer
- Your consumer is in the hospital
Q: Can’t the ULCW Member Action Center (MAC) help me with these issues?
A: While the MAC can help you solve many problems regarding late checks and time sheet issues, your first call should still be to your local IHSS office. If someone there doesn’t resolve your problem, call the MAC for further help: 1-877-My-ULTCW)
