Judge Continues to Halt Home Care “Trigger Cuts”

Jan 19, '12 Today, United States District Court Judge Claudia A. Wilken issued a preliminary injunction, barring implementation of the 20 percent "trigger" cut to the state’s IHSS program. Today’s ruling converted a December 1, 2011 Temporary Restraining Order halting the cuts to a Preliminary Injunction, which means the cuts cannot be implemented at this time.

ULTCW Home Care Workers Kick Off Living Wage Campaign
